(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead following a hit-and-run crash in Southeast Portland.  Police say after the wreck happened around nine o'clock last night at the intersection of Southeast Division Street and 139th Avenue, the driver and two passengers in one of the vehicles fled the scene on foot.  The driver of the other car died at a hospital.  Police say the people who left the scene have been described as African-American males.
