Forecasters Carefully Rescind Pacific Northwest Snow Forecast

(Seattle, WA)  --  Weather forecasters are carefully amending their previous predictions surrounding "El Nino".  Initially, they predicted the return of colder ocean currents this winter, making snow once again likely in the Pacific Northwest.  The National Climate Prediction Center now thinks there is a 55-percent chance the area will instead be affected by a "La Nina", which tends to mean warmer weather.
