(Undated)  --  Women are getting their fair shake in Oregon in comparison to other states.  Financial site 24/7 Wall Street has ranked Oregon the fourth-best state for gender equality based on factors such as the economy, leadership and health.  Oregon has the ninth-highest percentage of legislative seats held by women and is one of the friendliest states with laws geared toward mothers.  Rhode Island was ranked the best state for women, while Mississippi was deemed worst.
