(Portland, OR) -- The stars of the IFC TV series "Portlandia" are among the celebrities asking voters to approve Oregon Ballot Measure 99. Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein have released a video endorsement for the measure, which would create an "outdoor education fund" to encourage kids to put down their smart-phones and get more in touch with nature.
