Oregon City High School Students Walk Out

(Oregon City, OR)  --  Students at Oregon City High School are protesting against racism.  Students walked out of classes yesterday morning to protest a number of racially charged incidents that happened this week which have involved students at the school.  The first involved a post on Twitter that showed a group of people which included OCHS students holding a sign that had a racial slur and a picture of a KKK member.  The school and the district sent a letter home to parents in response the social media post.  Another recent incident involved one of the school's basketball players coming home to a racist note posted on her door.
