(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Police say a man in a wheelchair died after being hit while crossing Highway 99E in Milwaukie.  Investigators day the 56-year-old man was hit around 8:15 Saturday night on the highway near Southeast Park Avenue.  Authorities say the driver of the pickup truck that hit the man wasn't injured.  Police tell "The Oregonian" the area where the pedestrian was crossing has poor lighting and isn't designated as a crosswalk.
