(Yuba Co., CA)  --  The stepmother of missing Portland boy Kyron Horman is facing a gun-theft charge in California.  Authorities say Terri Horman, who is reported to be the last person to see Kyron before he vanished in June 2010, is accused of stealing the gun from a home safe belonging to her roommate in Marysville, California.  Terri Horman is scheduled to appear in court in Yuba County on December 16th on a misdemeanor charge of grand theft-firearm.
