(Portland, OR)  --  Power is restored to most areas after thousands of Pacific Power customers lost it from this weekend's ice storm.  Pacific Power officials say it had more than 100 workers trying to fix the problem Saturday and yesterday.  More than 15-thousand customers lost power at one point Saturday.  Parkrose and the neighborhoods around Rocky Butte were most affected.
