(Olympia, WA) -- State elections officials say four Washington state electors who didn't cast their ballots for Hillary Clinton are facing fines of one-thousand-dollars each. State law requires electors to cast their Electoral College ballots for the person who wins the state's popular vote. Of the four electors in question, three voted for former Secretary of State Colin Powell and one voted for a Native American activist. The Washington Secretary of State's Office will soon send each "faithless" elector a notice of the fine, which they'll be required to pay within 60 days.
