(Oak Harbor, WA)  --  Investigators say a fire that killed a woman and her two small children near Oak Harbor, Washington, last weekend was likely accidental.  Island County authorities say it appears the fire that resulted in the deaths of 25-year-old Laura White, and her five-year-old daughter Ivylynn and three-year-old son Imriel [[ IM-ree-ul ]] was caused by an electrical malfunction.  Officials say a GoFundMe account has been started for Laura's husband and the children's father, Alex White, who's an aviation ordnanceman at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.
