(Spokane, WA) -- The head football coach at Ferris High School in Spokane won't remain in that capacity, as the Spokane Public School district has declined to renew his contract. Jim Sharkey, who's accused of exposing himself to players during a leadership camp in northern Idaho last summer, is on paid administrative leave. Sharkey denies the allegations and vows to fight to clear his name. A school district official tells the Spokane "Spokesman-Review" Sharkey also teaches fitness, health, and leadership classes at Ferris, and remains on paid administrative leave from that position.
