(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver Police say a man with dementia who had gone missing has been found safe.  Robert Robinson was reported missing yesterday afternoon.  He was last seen leaving his caregiver's home in west Vancouver.  He was reunited with his family after being found just before 7:00 last night.
