(Portland, OR)  --  A U.S. marine is facing hate crime and assault charges after an incident at an Iraqi restaurant in Portland.  Iraq War veteran Damien Rodriguez was caught on camera at Dar Salam restaurant on Northeast Alberta Street in April allegedly yelling racial slurs at staff before picking up a chair and hitting a waiter with it.  Misdemeanor charges against him were dropped, but new charges have come to light as he was indicted this week on one count of assault, one count of disorderly conduct and two counts of intimidation in the second degree.
