"Porch Pirate" Turns Herself In To Authorities

(Portland, OR)  --  A second alleged "porch pirate" is being charged with first-degree theft after turning herself in to Portland authorities.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says Shawna Boyd contacted deputies last night and said she was involved in the theft of three-thousand dollars in packages.  Police had been asking for help from the public in finding the two suspects who allegedly stole items from an Aloha porch.  The investigation began on June 20th and Courtney Freymiller was arrested on an unrelated charge in Hillsboro three days later.
