(Portland, OR)  --  Thousands of people have power now after an outage in east Portland that happened yesterday morning.  Pacific Power says up to 24-thousand customers lost power yesterday morning in the Hollywood and Parkrose neighborhoods.  They were able to restore all but around eight-thousand of those homes and businesses within the first ten minutes.  Crews managed to get service online by noon, but there were reportedly some isolated places without power.  A tree line might have caused the outage.
