(Hillsboro, OR)  --  A worker doing maintenance at the Ronler Acres Intel site in Hillsboro is dead after a malfunction.  Jay Elwell was killed yesterday while working on a piece of machinery at Intel.  Police say there appears to be nothing criminal about the death of the 50-year-old and they are calling it an accident.  Intel says they are saddened by the accident and are working with authorities to investigate.
