(Banks, OR)  --  A Banks man is dead after falling out of a tree yesterday evening.  Police say 37-year-old Joseph Bradbury was climbing a large cedar near the 45-thousand-300 block of Northwest Sunset Highway before he fell to the ground.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The accident is under investigation.
