(Portland, OR)  --  People in a southeast Portland neighborhood are rallying against "zombie homes."  Some houses that have sat empty for years have attracted squatters, drug activity, prostitution and piles of garbage.  Bureau officials say they're working to get the authority to demolish some of these homes.  A code hearing is scheduled for one of the homes in August.
