(Portland, OR)  --  The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for help in finding a missing teen who was last seen in Portland.  Authorities say Angelic Davis was last seen in Portland Thursday and believe she may be traveling to Las Vegas with a man.  Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts are asked to call Portland police.
