(Newport, OR)  --  A man is dead following a car crash on Highway 20 yesterday morning.  Andrew Beauchamp reportedly went off the road's shoulder hitting a guardrail and was thrown from his pickup truck near Pioneer Trail.  Investigators say they do not believe he was wearing a seatbelt and may have been speeding prior to the crash.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
