(Seattle, WA) -- A Pacific Northwest man who gained infamy as Hashtag-Man-In-Tree is in trouble with the law again. A District Court judge in Seattle, Washington has issued a 10-thousand-dollar arrest warrant for 30-year-old Seattle resident Cody Lee Miller after he allegedly violated the terms set for him in Mental Health Court. A mental health specialist with the court says Miller missed a case-management appointment last Monday and appears to have been off his medication for the last two weeks. Miller earned Internet fame in March 2016 when he climbed an 80-foot tree outside of Macy's downtown Seattle store and pelted officers with green seed cones and branches before finally climbing down 25 hours later.
