(Portland, OR) -- Two Portland men are facing charges related to trespassing and filming police. KOIN reports that Robert Lee West and Eli Franklyn Richey are accused of showing up at the homes of members of the Portland police and the Multnomah County DA Rod Underhill. Charges against the two are related to a string of incidents in which they filmed several homes of high-ranking police officers and published their license plates and home addresses on the internet. Both men are scheduled to appear in court next month.
