(Portland, OR) -- A Portland man charged in connection to a deadly apartment fire last weekend is due in court today. Police arrested 28-year-old Ryan Thomas Monaco yesterday on charges of arson and aggravated murder. Police say Monaco started the fire that killed two people at Camp Manor Apartments at 9815 Northeast Glisan Street Sunday.
