(Gresham, OR)  --  Family and friends are remembering a 17-year-old who was shot and killed in Gresham over the weekend.  More than two-dozen people gathered yesterday with flowers and balloons on the sidewalk where Jose Ricardo Morales was shot to death.  Police arrested three teenagers and a 20-year-old Saturday night in connection to the shooting.  Morales was shot to death late Saturday at the intersection of Southeast 187th Avenue and Stark Street.
