(Washington County, OR)  --  First responders in Washington County are toting a new tool to help prevent opioid drug overdoses.  Police, sheriff's deputies and firefighters are now carrying a nasal spray called Narcan.  The spray is capable of reversing the effects of an opioid overdose.
