(Portland, OR)  --  One man is behind bars after police say they found more than 50 pounds of meth and heroin in his possession.  Police arrested 22-year-old Luis Poitras Tuesday outside the Mall 205 Home Depot.  Police say Poitras was carrying about 20 kilos of meth and nine kilos of heroin.  The arrest was the result of a six-month narcotics investigation in Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington.
