(Portland, OR)  --  The smoky haze lingering over Portland is expected to last through today.  The Environmental Protection Agency says Portland's air-quality condition was at "unhealthy" levels yesterday morning.  Officials are urging people with asthma or heart or lung disease to avoid prolonged or heavy exertion.  The smoke is coming from wildfires burning in the Mount Jefferson Wilderness and in B.C.
