(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a single-car crash that killed a man in east Multnomah County.  Police say 48-year-old Robert Stickney Sr. was driving in the 4400 block of Southeast 282nd Avenue early yesterday when he crashed.  He was pronounced dead at the scene, while another man suffered non-life threatening injuries.  Investigators believe alcohol and speeding may have contributed to the crash.
