(Undated)  --  The Oregon Department of Transportation is expecting heavy traffic ahead of the August 21st solar eclipse.  The department expects as many as one-million people to come in from Washington and clog roads around Salem, Baker City and Madras.  Vancouver, Washington, hotels are sold out that Sunday night but have room on Monday.
