(Gresham, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after turning himself in for a hit-and-run that killed a three-year-old boy in Gresham.  Police say the boy was playing in an apartment complex parking lot near Southeast 162nd Avenue and Burnside Street Saturday when the driver allegedly crashed into him and then fled on foot.  Police say he turned himself in about three hours later.  Police arrested him on charges of criminally negligent homicide, reckless driving and hit-and-run.
