(Portland, OR)  --  A man is behind bars for allegedly shooting a woman and child and stabbing a man before injuring half a dozen more people in a crash.  Police say the suspect stabbed a man in the neck with a pen near Southeast 165th and Division Street yesterday afternoon.  He then allegedly shot a woman and child and then took the child with him in his truck before crashing into a van, injuring seven people inside.  Police arrested him at the scene of the crash and say everyone is expected to survive their injuries.
