(Portland, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is traveling to eastern Oregon next week for a ceremonial signing of a new transportation bill.  The celebratory tour will take Brown through Ontario, Bend, Medford, Portland and Eugene.  Brown officially signed the five-point-three-billion-dollar bill last week.
