Marijuana Policy Organization Wants Industry Held Accountable

(Undated)  --  A major policy group believes the legal recreational pot industry needs to be shut down.  Smart Approaches to Marijuana says states like Colorado, Washington and Oregon are not living up to guidelines set up by the Obama administration.  The analysis was handed over to U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions yesterday, recommending federal action.  Experts pointed to violations such as pot crossing state lines and more kids getting their hands on the drug since legalization.  The group is not calling for individual prosecution.
