(Warrenton, OR)  --  A Warrenton man known as "The Candyman" is facing child sex abuse charges.  Police arrested 68-year-old Carl Axel Hagnas late last week on 12 counts of first-degree sex abuse and one count of first-degree sodomy.  Authorities say Hagnas sexually abused at least three different girls in the Warrenton area between 1992 and 2015.  At least one of the girls was as young as four years old.
