(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is one of several cities making a bid to host Amazon's second headquarters.  Portland spokesman Shawn Uhlman tells KING 5 the city plans to do everything in its collective power to present a strong case to Amazon.  The company announced yesterday it plans to open a second headquarters in North America, employing up to 50-thousand workers.  Amazon is accepting proposals from interested cities.
