(Skamania County, WA)  --  The Archer Mountain Fire burning in southern Washington could be 100-percent contained by the end of the day.  Fire officials say they expect to have the fire completely contained by this afternoon.  The fire was at 40-percent containment yesterday morning.  The fire started a week ago after the Eagle Creek Fire jumped the Columbia River near Cascade Locks.
