(Beaverton, OR)  --  A 92-year-old woman is dead following a car crash in the parking lot of an assisted living facility.  Police say the woman was in the passenger seat of a car being driven by a 94-year-old woman when the crash occurred.  Police say the driver was trying to park when she lost control of her car, causing it to roll onto its top.  The driver and a person sitting in one of the parked cars were injured.  Police are calling it a tragic accident.
