(Gresham, OR) -- The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says a gun scare that shut down a Gresham high school yesterday was the result of a hoax. Sam Barlow High School was placed on lockdown for an hour and a half yesterday after someone called 911 saying a student had a weapon. Sheriff's deputies searched the school and lifted the lockdown at 1 p.m. Deputies say they're questioning one person in connection to the hoax.
