(Salem, OR)  --  Police are releasing details on the blood alcohol content of a man arrested for a crash that killed a Molalla mother and her four children.  Police say 27-year-old Favian Garcia had a blood alcohol content of nearly four times the legal limit when he crashed into Lisette Medrano-Perez's car at Highway 99E and Nevada Street Northeast Sunday.  Medrano-Perez and her four children were killed in the crash.  Garcia was hospitalized for minor injuries and was later arrested on five counts of manslaughter along with DUI and reckless driving.
