(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police in Vancouver are searching for a missing elderly man who suffers from memory loss.  Police say 71-year-old Samuel Adams was last seen yesterday afternoon going for a walk in the area around his home near Southeast 177th Avenue and 12th Street.  He's described as a black man standing six feet tall at 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a gray Oakland Raiders sweater and a burgundy baseball cap.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police.

  • Intersection of NW Broadway Street and NW Delaware for waterline replacement project, road closures with detours clearly marked for thru traffic, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily with roads opened nightly. Motorists are encouraged to avoid this area and use Bond Street and Wall Street.

 

  • Nels Anderson Road between Nels Anderson Place and Brandis Court, single northbound shoulder closure will be in effect, two-way traffic to be maintained. Project completion expected December 2017.
