(Hillsboro, OR)  --  One man is facing charges for allegedly setting off a small bomb during a traffic stop, injuring himself and a police officer.  Police say detectives were serving a search warrant at the home of 26-year-old Jason Schaefer on Rock Creek Circle in Hillsboro yesterday when Schaefer came home, saw the detectives and fled, leading to a police pursuit.  Police say Schaefer eventually stopped on Rock Creek Boulevard and set off a small explosive device in his car.  One detective was treated and released from a hospital, while Schaefer suffered more serious injuries.  Police say he'll be booked into jail after he's released from the hospital.
