(Corvallis, OR)  --  A Corvallis man is dead after being hit by a car while walking.  Police say the 60-year-old man was walking along the fog line on Northeast Circle Boulevard at Belvue Street last night when a driver crashed into him.  Police say the man was wearing dark clothing and that the street was poorly lit.  No charges have been filed.
