(Portland, OR)  --  A state lawmaker is facing a fine after getting caught violating a law she supported in the legislature.  KATU reports police pulled over Representative Julie Parrish for distracted driving.  Parrish says she picked up her phone to look for directions, leading police to pull her over and issue a ticket.  Parrish says the incident is a good reminder for drivers, adding that it shows police are enforcing the distracted driving law.
