(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Bureau of Transportation says it took in more than a dozen RVs over the weekend for its first free RV disposal event.  The agency says it received 18 RVs in yesterday's event at Portland International Raceway.  Proper disposal of the vehicles generally costs owners between one- and two-thousand dollars.
