(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon is getting top grades for its hospitals.  A new report from Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade evaluated 26-hundred hospitals across the nation, including 32 in Oregon.  The group gave 16 Oregon hospitals a grade of A.  None of the state's hospitals received a grade lower than C.  The report says Oregon made some of the biggest strides to improve overall safety in hospitals over the past five years.
