(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a woman killed in a fire at a homeless camp last week.  Police say 45-year-old Rachael Renee Edwards died last Wednesday after a fire broke out at the camp near the Abernethy Bridge in Oregon City.  Her death prompted Clackamas County officials to approve an emergency declaration to ensure the homeless have a warm place to sleep during the winter.  The county health and human services department is currently trying to find shelter for about one-thousand people.
