(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing charges for allegedly stabbing another man on a Portland Streetcar platform.  The stabbing happened Saturday night at the streetcar stop at Northeast 7th Avenue and Hassalo Street in the Lloyd District.  Police say 62-year-old Robert Gholston stabbed the man during an argument.  Police arrested him on a second-degree assault charge.  The victim is expected to survive.
