(Portland, OR)  --  A pair of burglary suspects are facing charges after a homeowner allegedly caught them inside his house.  Police say the homeowner called 9-1-1 yesterday morning after returning home to find a stranger's car in his driveway on Thompson Street near Northeast 90th Avenue in northeast Portland.  Police surrounded the home and arrested the suspects as they emerged.  Police say one of the suspects broke a water pipe in the home, causing the basement to flood.
