(Portland, OR)  --  Police are offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward for information on a suspect accused in a deadly hit and run over the weekend.  Police say 24-year-old Daniel Ramsey the Second was crossing North Fessenden Street at North Alma Avenue Sunday night when a car crashed into him and drove off.  The car is described as a dark 2000-2003 BMW 525i.
