(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to an assault involving a crossbow early last month.  Police arrested 24-year-old Cecilia Bruinsma yesterday for the incident at Sellwood Riverfront Park November 5th.  Police responded to the park on reports that a woman had been shot with a crossbow.  The victim survived the attack.  Investigators believe Bruinsma shot the woman following a verbal dispute.
